Website hosting and form-handling providers process information to operate this website and deliver inquiries to our team. Form handling can include email delivery, database storage and delivery-failure alerts. The forms also use submission timing and client IP information for abuse prevention.

Career-interest inquiries

General career-interest messages use the contact form and its delivery process. They are not applications for a confirmed vacancy. Do not submit government identifiers, confidential employer information or sensitive personal details. The current form does not accept resume attachments.

Local planning data

The current Lunar Virtual Twin stores saved scenarios, region manifests and mission-review packages in this browser on this device. Import, comparison, integrity checks and model calculations run locally; these workflows do not upload scenario files to a server. They do not provide a shared account or cloud backup.

Export backups before clearing browser storage or changing devices. Browser storage can be removed through your browser's site-data controls. Removing site data can permanently remove local records; downloaded exports remain wherever you saved them. Anyone with access to the same browser profile may be able to access its local records.

Retention

We retain inquiry and quote records for as long as needed to handle the request and for our legitimate business records.

Controlled information

Do not submit export-controlled technical data through this website. Contact us to arrange an appropriate channel before sharing controlled information.
