The problem
A kilogram has an asking price. A watt does not.
Next-generation landers advertise surface delivery near $100,000 per kilogram. A watt through the lunar night, a megabit from the far side and a tonne of oxygen made on site have no reference price at all. Oil has Brent and freight has the Baltic index. NEXUS publishes the lunar equivalents, so the base can be financed.
