Ownership

An engineer-owned firm. Reindustrializing American dynamism.

Constanellis is engineer-owned. Every full-time hire receives a meaningful equity grant — the people building the hardware are the people who own the company building it. This is not a perk. It is the premise.

You are not contributing to someone else's lunar program. You are owning a share of the infrastructure layer of the cislunar economy — the power grid, the logistics vehicles, the communications backbone. When the space economy scales, that ownership scales with it.

01
Engineer-Owned
Founders and operators hold equity. No holding company, no financial sponsor consolidating control. The builders decide the roadmap.
02
Meaningful Grants
Every full-time hire — from manufacturing engineer to VP — receives a grant sized to the impact of the role, not the title.
03
4-Year Vesting
Standard structure: 1-year cliff, monthly vesting over 36 months. Milestone acceleration provisions for senior roles.
04
Long-Term Upside
Equity captures the full growth arc of the cislunar economy — from CLPS delivery contracts through an eventual public offering.
