Application Review

Our team reviews every application. We read cover letters. Strong mission fit and technical track record weight heavily.

Intro Call
30 min

A brief conversation with a hiring manager. We share context on the program and the role. You tell us what you're looking for.

Technical Screen
1 hour

Role-specific technical discussion or case review. Engineering roles include a focused problem. No whiteboard algorithms.

Facilities Tour
2–3 hours

Visit our Centennial headquarters. Walk the engineering floor, cleanroom, and test bays. Travel reimbursed for out-of-state finalists.

Team Interview
Half day

Meet the people you'd work with directly. Depth conversations on past work, mission fit, and how you think through hard problems.

06
Reference Checks
1 week

We check 3 professional references. For clearance-eligible roles, we begin the security review process in parallel.

07
Offer
2–3 days

Verbal offer followed by a written offer letter. We move quickly once we've decided. Total compensation, equity, and start date discussed.
