Editorial use of the Constanellis marks and imagery is permitted under the terms below without contacting us first. The terms are short because most of what a newsroom, an analyst, or a conference organizer wants to do is already fine, and the one boundary that matters is stated plainly rather than buried.

The Constanellis marks
Reproduce the primary mark and the square icon, unaltered, at any size that keeps them legible, in editorial coverage, event and conference listings, analyst reports, academic work, and partner or supplier directories where the relationship is real.
Recoloring, rotating, stretching, cropping, or redrawing the mark. Locking it to another mark. Using it on merchandise, or in any placement that implies endorsement, partnership, certification, or affiliation that does not exist.
Site imagery, renders, and diagrams
Reproduce in editorial and academic contexts with attribution to Constanellis Aerospace. Crop and scale for layout.
Alteration that changes what the image asserts. A diagram is a technical claim, and a redrawn or relabeled version of one still carries this company's name while no longer saying what this company said.
Published documents
Research publications, test methods, and uncertainty budgets are licensed CC BY 4.0. Copy, redistribute, adapt, quote at any length, and build on them, including commercially, with attribution. Each document states its licence on its own page.
Nothing beyond the attribution the licence requires. This is the most permissive licence on this page, deliberately: a document that cannot enter someone else's bibliography was not worth publishing.
Quotation of site copy
Quote any published copy on this site, at any length reasonable for the purpose, with attribution. Technical claims carry maturity labels; quoting a claim without its label misstates it, so quote both.
Presenting a design target, a build-out target, or a stated intent as a delivered capability. That is the one misquotation this company will ask to have corrected.
Attribution
"Constanellis Aerospace" is sufficient for images and marks. Documents carry their own citation block with a plain citation and a BibTeX record, and those are preferred over an ad hoc reference because they include the document number and version.
Constanellis, the Constanellis marks, and the program names are trademarks of Constanellis Aerospace, Inc. This licence grants permission to reproduce them in the contexts described above; it does not transfer any right in them, and it does not permit use as your own mark or as part of one.

Read this section before lifting anything. Getting it wrong is asymmetric: one of these is a federal commission's mark, and publishing it without a licence reads as official affiliation that neither you nor this company has.
- Lunar imagery from public federal science missions
- United States government work, in the public domain, used here with the site's own navy treatment applied. The underlying imagery is not licensed by us and needs no permission from us. Credit the originating mission rather than this company.
- The United States Semiquincentennial mark
- Not ours, and not open. The commission that owns it requires express written consent and a licensing fee before a third party publishes it, permission is granted case by case, and any granted lockup may not be altered. Nothing on this page grants any right to it. If you are covering this site, do not lift that mark from it.
- Named specifications and standards documents
- Published by their respective organizations, which have no relationship to this company. Referring to them here is a statement about our engineering direction and nothing else. No membership, participation, endorsement, or conformance is claimed.
