Fourteen service categories a sustained lunar presence needs, what each depends on, what a measurement would have to establish before the dependency can be priced, and what evidence this company holds today. The last column is the honest one.
Relationships are proposed analysis, not measured market fact. No mission, company, or program is named; the register describes categories. A row's evidence column moves only when a measurement or method is published, and the register revises with the corrections log.
